Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on the JomKiss5 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You further agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and update it promptly if any details change. JomKiss5 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to keep registration information current.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify JomKiss5 customer support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. JomKiss5 will not be held responsible for losses arising from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials.
KYC Verification: JomKiss5 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by JomKiss5 as part of the KYC process, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification document and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your Account.
All financial transactions on the JomKiss5 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). JomKiss5 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are also accepted in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.
Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30, or the equivalent in supported cryptocurrency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation.
Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the withdrawal thresholds applicable to that method. JomKiss5 targets the following processing timelines: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These timelines are targets and may be subject to variation during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
Fund Source: By making a deposit, you warrant that you are the rightful owner of the funds being deposited and that those funds derive from a lawful source. JomKiss5 reserves the right to request evidence of fund source as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
JomKiss5 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, migration bonuses, VIP tier rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with each offer, including applicable wagering requirements.
Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual offer terms.
Abuse of Bonuses: JomKiss5 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it determines in its reasonable discretion that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, employing low-risk betting strategies solely to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other Players to exploit promotional offers.
Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. JomKiss5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's Account and subject to active wagering requirements shall be honoured under the original terms of that offer.
VIP Program: Participation in the JomKiss5 VIP program is subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms. JomKiss5 reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or remove a Player's VIP tier status in the event of a breach of these Terms or in accordance with programme reviews conducted at JomKiss5's sole discretion.
All games available on the JomKiss5 Platform operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). JomKiss5 will use reasonable efforts to honour the last confirmed game state, but accepts no liability for losses arising from telecommunications interruptions, device failures, or internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JomKiss5 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:
All content on the JomKiss5 Platform, including but not limited to the JomKiss5 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, text, graphics, game assets, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of JomKiss5 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of JomKiss5.

JomKiss5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:
Where an Account is closed for reasons other than Player misconduct or fraud, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their last verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.
